Montauk Cliff House
Located between Old Montauk Highway and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is built into a steep, rugged bluff along the coastline, with a design focused on preserving the natural landscape.
From the street, the house is barely visible. Only the upper portion can be seen. This part takes its cue from traditional local barn architecture, fitting naturally into Montauk’s building style while keeping a low, respectful profile on the land.
