Many of our clients summer on the East End, so we followed, building oceanfront and village houses from Southampton to Montauk, on a calendar and a coastline that set their own terms.
Salt air, sand, and a season that will not wait.
Coastal building is a specialty of its own: flood elevations and dune setbacks, corrosion-rated hardware, and assemblies that stand up to salt and storm. The house has to be right the first time: a callback in August is a callback into a full house.
We build out here the same way we build in New Canaan, with the coast’s demands designed in from the first drawing.
