This New Canaan cottage was built in 2013 to complement the adjacent shingle style residence that was designed and built in 1994. This multi-use cottage was designed as a three-bedroom guest house also functions as a fully equipped recording studio. A stone walkway spans the landscape to connect the cottage to the main house.
